I was saddened to hear of the passing of such a fine man.  I worked with Sgt Webster in Sudbury.  I was a Cst on the road and he was my Sgt.  I had a few years under my belt when he transferred to Sudbury.  Well Don won me over.  I really enjoyed his style of supervision...do your work, do it well, and I will have your back.  Simple as that.  He was the type of Sgt that you enjoyed going to work for and working beside.  He spoke often and fondly of his family.  A family man first, a cop second...just the way it should be.  Rest in peace Don.  You are remembered often and fondly.  Thank you for the great memories.
